  • What do we do?

    We design and we draw projects for our clients. Dumic Designs has 30 years experience creating plans, elevations and 3D visuals for any type of project. The size of the project is entirely up to you. Having completed over 1000 projects, ranging from restaurants, offices, fashion stores, through to cafes and kiosks, no project is too large or too small.   • What size is your project?

    We have examples of three different sized projects to view below. The cost of our service is calculated on how much time goes into each project. The level of detail is what takes up most of the time. We prefer to work out a fixed fee with you, so you know what our complete cost will be upfront and establish what you're looking for.

  • What is involved in creating drawings?

    We start with a brief, then we provide concept designs, mood boards, finishes boards, plans, elevations, detail drawings, and specifications for the project. As a Registered Building Practitioner our drawings can go to Permit when completed. Please view our gallery to see a wide range of our work.
